But while you are driving home from your busy duties as boss of the office and 12:34 AM, I sneak in and claim the office, precicely at 12:49 AM. Then, at 6:00 AM, as people start to come in, I make my announcement known, and give everybody ice cream gift cards for a local ice cream shop, so that everybody will love me and I can be accepted for just claiming the office. (Far out, huh? I'm pushy...)

But 30 would using the same door to sneak in and you to would play rock paper scissors to see who gets the office while I claim it!
