I will show just one picture. Fordham is a large district west of Tolston, Wickham, and Northam (formerly known as Wickham North). Due to housing and commercial and industrial development replacing farms in Wickham, farmers have moved into Fordham. At first, a large farm was grown, then a mandate went out that farms must be smaller, but not too small in order to have more farms in Fordham. So far, this is how Fordham looks...
More farms will come in later, and the largest farm will continue to be subdivided.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I've been doing a lot in SC4 the last few days trying to give jobs to the residents of Wickham. Fordham was an attempt at that with the farms in a neighbor tile but the residents of Wickham aren't going to Fordham. So, I worked in Wickham on the commercial areas and built a couple of industries. That seemed to help because the residential demand isn't astronomically high anymore and the commercial demand went from negative to positive. Industrial demand is still negative, but it isn't quite as low as before. The residences that had been abandoned are being lived in again, and I'm not seeing as many no job zots as before. But, to further help provide Wickham with jobs, I decided to build an Industrial area in the neighbor city of Tolston. Tolston is the one to the south where the north/south highway and the east/west highway intersect.
Here's what I came up with...
I'd like to thank Titanicbuff and riiga for their help and suggestions with how I used the NWM.

That's very nice. That's not really what I would have done though, I would have used the OWR roundabouts for the highway exit and the road going into the industrial area (obviously kept the avenue roundabout for the 4 avenues).
And, of course, I love your use of the girafe trees
