Park51, often referred to as the Ground Zero Mosque, is a proposed Islamic religious structure to be built about two blocks away from the site of the World Trade Centers, destroyed by Muslim terrorists, on September 11, 2001. Because of the events that happened nine years ago, the proposal of this building has caused a MASSIVE controversy.
