Yes, the Mandelsoft, on behalf of the entire ST staff, uploaded a Simcity 4 to SC 2013 converter for BATs. The only problem is that it requires a dependency called "humor.bat," so, in other words, it's a very well-thought out april fools joke. LOL nice! I actually half believed that the converter was legit at first. The screenshots and bug reports seemed fairly convincing, and all of the beta testing info was no different. Only makes me wonder what's next
