Wow so many comments, thanks everyone I've been busy with real life. The BAT didnt turn out as good as I want, so I'm going to make a new one, similar but better, no worries

I remade the BAT in Gmax, and this is what I got
& the good thing is, no errors, and no problems, I will be exporting it later (I'll leave it exporting all night while sleeping).
Meanwhile:
Back to 3dsmax, I'm making this BAT, wich is very detailed as you see, but I'm getting some textures problems, or rendering problems just the same that I got my previous BAT on 3dsmax, What are those black areas? The picture say it all nothing more to describe, any idea?

This is how it should look like, almost, there are more pieces to make, but I have to re-export this one first, it had some shooting errors in the 2nd view.
