I-275 is also a bypass of I-75 (Detroit-Toledo Freeway) in the Downriver area of Metro Detroit (along with I-375 (Chrysler) connecting I-75 (Chrysler and Fisher Freeways) to Downtown).

Looks like somewhere in the midwest or near southern US. In fact, I've seen that style of sign before on many occasions. It's not an interstate. Looks more like a state route.
