This is not part of the main continent of Europe, the road is on an island, but is in the Mediterranean. It is part three of the three you mentioned above CR.

I'll give you a hint (and I hope Cheese jumps in soon too), think sunken highway.

I found it. It is indeed Ibiza. It's the E20 going northeast and that overpass is a roundabout where the Calle Rio Guadiana and Av de San José de la Talaia meet.

well the highways in that game are mostly built around the real ones but some things are way off. For instance, the E2 in tdu2 is sunken and in the real world most of it is at ground level.. and a few other things.
