A Europ road can also use other roadtypes than motorways.

Whoo! I've been on the E40 when I went to Belgium, and that was the first road that popped into my mind when you said North France

Oh common, don't let the game die again! Here is some hints: The motorway paralelles the HSR tracks between 2 big cities and can be found in the western half of germany.
