Also Canadians have some of the most interesting money, I've seen. They got rid of pennies (which I think the US should do), they have 2 dollar coins, ect. Only problem I had was on my visit in august, I would always mix up thier dimes and nickels and things. Oh and thier $5 bills have hockey on them!

Mayorm: You should see our new polymer bills... funny things. They are very sticky. They designs are cool, though. They're easier to distinguish than US bills. Whenever I'm in the US I have a hard time at the checkout when I pay cash... especially with all the dollar bills. Ugh.

The new $20 bill up here looks nifty, but I haven't seen one personally yet. (Linky)

What a cool looking bill. I live in the US and didn't use cash for years, but started using it again last year, and I didn't recognize any of the bills and had to triple-check that I was about to hand over the right one.

Yea, the bills are pretty neat. It makes handing cash over at the checkout very easy since bills are all different colours. 5 is blue, 10 is purple, 20 is green, 50 is red and 100 is brown.
