How long have you been playing SC4?

For me, I got SC3K four years ago, and SC4 three years ago.

I lost everything and had to completely reinstall two years ago due to Norton's faulty backup system.

Little over a year.

I found the SC4 community about 8 months ago tho.

Since 2005, however, I have been playing with plugins and all that good stuff since mid 2008, and got active in forums in February of 2009.

There was this day where I stood in front of the computergames section in a very big cash&carry tradehouse called Metro (It's really giant) and there was a huge load of Simcity 4 boxes, new released... Since then I play it....

Thats a good question, how did you get your first disc?

I've got several SC4 discs around here. That's mostly because the game has been bought so many times. (You lose a disc, so you go out and buy another copy. Then, two weeks later, the original disc turns up. )

At least I've got plenty of copies.

I think i got SC4 4 or 5 years ago. But i only played it for about 1/2 year.
1 1/2 years later i got SC4Deluxe and i stared to play SC4 again and ~1 year ago i joined the first SC4 community.
Now i have 2 versions of SC4
I think the end of this story is known

I got SC4 Deluxe about... 3 years ago. It's still my original disc. I only started using mods about 2 years ago.. so that's a year of struggling to build a city above the population of 100!
