Linux uses virtual desktops too. They call them "workspaces" however. I think that you can only have 32 of them, but I've never needed more than four. You can set how many you have. Usually, it is set to two or four by default.

Remember the size limit, however. The image before your last one is over the size limit.

This is a visual style I found on deviantart. I still need to find a way to replace the start orb with something else.



I plan on replacing the wallpaper with my choice soon. This came by default with the theme.

The current desktop and theme. I think I'll be keeping this one for a bit longer than usual.



I have a folder full of wallpapers, as well as the visual styles (start orb, taskbar, window frame, etc...)

Next step in making my new computer my own is to add on my Desktop customization dilly-dallying

This program is called Rainmeter, and makes your desktop look like that of that new Windows Phone they have.

Anyway, nothing much has changed, but I did pick a scene from CXL I wanted to use. This bridge was created and spans about 1/4 th of the entire map. The city is still extremely young, and by the time I built that I was so far in debt.. ok nobody cares
It is oversized so I just linked it, cuz I don't feel like scaling it

Nice desktop and background... but it's slightly oversized...
I couldn't get used to that cluttered desktop.. I keep mine as the basic layout (plain desktop with shortcuts).

I enjoy beautiful weather at the moment....

I think there is some setting in the admin panel that automatically resizes images... mebbe that might eliminate the need for size rules

I just changed the setting. All images here that are over 800x600 pixels should be resized.

And who changes their desktops too often?
