This thread is for showing off your work with RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 (RCT3). RCT3 was released in 2004, and has followed a lifespan practically identical to SimCity 4, with massive amounts of custom content keeping the game alive to a fanbase that is still very strong. Unlike us, RCT3 fans are still waiting for a sequel announcement, but Atari, the producer, has given a few hints at one, which is a game as highly anticipated as the new SimCity is for us.
I started doing one park called Palazzo Park. It was based off of an environment similar to my "successful" New Chandler trilogy. But then I realized that if I had a fanbase (which I am so grateful for) in SC4, and I still have a lot of motivation to play it, I might as well dedicate more time to that then amassing a fanbase for something completely new, which is something that, as anyone knows, doesn't come overnight. Plus, I'm pretty bad at RCT3
This is what I ended up doing though...
A ride under construction.
And that ride finished.
Fastpass board. One of my more tacky ideas
From the parking lot. Notice the road in the lot, it's got fancy roadsigns and lights. I actually have a whole set of roadsigns for New Chandler city just sitting around (they're quite different than that though), but I'm saving it for later at the moment.
Coming into the final loop...
And coming out of the final loop, you can see it off to the far right.
If you haven't played it, it's a lot of fun, and I'd recommend you try it and show us what you've got
