Greetings from the Simmania BAT Team!

We are proud to announce what we hope to be our next release! It is currently in beta testing, and we hope to release it by the weekend*. It is currently planned to be uploaded onto the Simtropolis Exchange.

This is a medium wealth office building, that is growable. We have worked hard to get the bugs out, and added some fine details, like modeled furniture inside, roof junk including highly detailed fans on the A/C unit, and much more!

Wow, the building looks really good. I'm liking the night-view especially, the modelled furniture inside is a nice touch. Question though: is the grass strip next to the building part of the lot or does it just happen to be next to it?

Looks good, Tommy! If you ever decide to make some minor adjustments (i.e. version 2) my only suggestion is adjusting the solar panels so they are less blue and more gray.

Other than that, looks good!
