I mean that using the whole Folder together would be crazy. Depending on what I'm up to I let the Start-up Manager do it's magic.

Wow Bryan, that is a gigantic plugins folder. Mine used to be 147 MB, now it's about 40 MB or so. It's just the NAM at the moment.

How much? Well it was about 1.5 gb of PI and possibly led to my ultimate derail of the game.
