can anyone guess the population? hint(its less than 100,000(as of the most recent update, however. but it is much larger now, a new update coming soon!)so please make your guesses!)

ok... here is update 3!!!
I promised population figures, so, in this update, they are 110,000, in the last one, they are 85,000, originally they were 79,000.

ALL of the following pictures are of pacificas, even the rush hour picture.(pacificas is actually a monster suburb of eastern-bank, which is larger, but less dense(on a large city tile.))

thats a big fire. And the mystery of your city name is solved the city you've been showing is Eastern Bank also the river project looks nice.

This city was pacificas! the traffic was mainly from people commuting to eastern bank, but this was pacificas.

but I will post an actual picture of eastern bank(note: this pic has been edited significantly. but not to remove/add structures, etc...):
